Also, ensuring credibility of their under development real-estate was done by means of physical inspection and not virtually.
The Circus Works team chalked out a strategy of sending its sales staff to personally meet the real-estate developers. The Sales Team prepared a list of pre-emptive questions the developers might have and created a Corporate Presentation and Marketing Collateral to tackle them.
